Re Engine:
Its a new lump, pump, injectors, alternator, starter, gearbox, de-flapped, de-catted with a Hybrid turbo, re-map coming after 5000 miles

Re relay:
Should save you @ 100 quid.

It might take a few cycles to clear or use MB Star to erase fault code

MB Star identifies individual glow plugs and faults.

Standard OBD II does generic fault code so probably wont clear it but no harm in scanning and trying

It's next to the bonnet release it usually has a flap covering it

If you ask me where the bonnet release is I'm gonna kick ya in the bum lol.
