Guess the cost of a windscreen

In which case you question the whole motor insurance being bad for profit party line from the insurance companies and wonder whether they are simply hiding additional income streams
 
Thats silly.... autoglass just trying to take the p!ss with your insurer.
 
I had a r129 front Windscreen and paid £130 for it, thats including fitting. If you had gone the autoglass route te invoice would have shown over £500. Your insurer would probably pay autoglass less than the £130 I paid. And your excess covers a good portion of that.

I think you will find your insurers will pay a lot more than that!

AG deliver a fully managed service so when you ring your insurers glass replacement line, you are actually dealing directly with AG.

Just like all the injury claims, this is another example of the motor insurance industry making money for itself and driving premiums sky high.
