Handbreak Light goes ON/OFF While driving.

Hey guys was wondering if someone could help me please, Recently picked up my ML270 from the garage had the copper seals on the injectors changed and when i was waiting at the traffic lights i noticed that my Parking Break light was going on and off and is kind of annoying because when moving off it makes the beeping noise telling me that my handbreak is on when is not what can it be??

i know its an oldish post but would imagine it would be the brake fluid level,

Nope...that would be a separate and different warning.

I suspect the pedal is not fully returning to its rest position. Try hooking your foot under the pedal and pulling it up. If the warnings stop this is the problem and correct adjustment is the solution.
