head unit swap NTG 4.5

Good Afternoon.
I have swapped basic non sat nav unit from my ML320 cdi to newer 2011 head unit. Everything works apart radio.
New unit has white double connector. how do I need to connect antenna to make it work?

You will also need to get your car on Star if you want any of the cluster functions to work with it. BTW

You need a proper conversion kit which sorts the Radio, aux and microphone.
