HELP ! MB Radio Keys stuck !

I removed my Audio 10 headunit yesterday afternoon to test my Comand Unit and now I can't remove the Keys from the Audio 10 !!!

I've tugged and pulled as best as can but they don't seem to budge ! Is there a special technique or something. I am confident I have inserted them in the right direction ie. TOP L & TOP R etc. I have tried removing them with the Audio 10 back in situ thinking it may release some mechanism but still the same.

Is this sometimes an issue with these MB removal Keys ?

you need to hold in the catches on the side of the radio to release the Key ...
