Help rear lamp faults

I have just fitted a 3rd party rear cam for my car and have had the o/s tail light connector off n on all day when I started the car it list tail/brake light fail and indicator but there all working but when sitting inside the car the indicator is flashing really fast on the dash but when checking outside the lamps are flashing at the correct rate. Does the errors clear after the car as been switched off? As at the moment I'm doing a map update so can't turn it off. Any help greatly appricated !!!!

Is the rear cam causing canbus error maybe?

It's not connected as always had it accross the battery just as I'm installing it. Did disconnect the left side ( haven't been anywhere hear that side ) and it flagged up all the n/s lamp failures now. Plug connectors back in all work but still showing 7 messages

Well worked out just need to turn car off and then on messages went stright away
