Help required please.....

I have a 2010 c63 saloon & the headlight washer cover on drivers side appears to be loose (the spring is not tensioned!) has anybody an idea how easyhard it is to repair/remove or does bumper need to come off? many thanks in advance) if bumper needs to come of I think I'll attach something to the washer so it pulls back the cover!
