A follow up guys,
Recently I put up a post about having bought EBC's red stuff brake pads installed on my w204 c class coupe. I feel now that I had become spoilt after driving my sls and the brakes on the c class felt really weak.
I had the brake pads installed professionally and reported back to you guys that the brakes felt amazing. The initial grab was brilliant and the feel was great. I put up with a few weeks on squealing but that disappeared too, I was really happy.
Unfortunately, after having covered about 900 miles I feel now that my brake discs are warped. The steering wheel has developed a wobble when braking from around 40+ mph
Sometimes the brakes make a horrible groaning noise under heavy braking from high speed.
I don't think I have any option but to change the pads and discs now.
So in conclusion I don't think the OEM discs on the Mercedes can take the EBC'S.
As an alternative I've seen mention of Epads has anyone experienced them?
Or shall I just go back to OEM?
