How difficult to change front pads on a W208?

Hi,

I am new to this forum and was hoping somebody could spare me a little help with my '97 CLK320.

I am normally used to working with VW's and am not to familiar with the MB system.

I would like to change the front pads - is it as straightforward as it seems? Do i need a wind-back tool or can I just use a G-clamp to pust the pistons back in? Is there anything else that I need to know before strarting the job?

Any help is much appreciated.
