How to remove left hand cover on the dashboard on a W246 (close to the dor)

I need to get into the back of the dashboard from the left hand side to reach my Webasto Thermo Call TC3 SIM-card for the telephone on a W246. The Telephone TC3 is used as remote controller for my Parking Heater.

It is the cover, which is to the very left and covered by the door, when it is closed.

Do I need any special tools to remove this cover? Thanks in advance.

Any suggestions to remove this cover of the left side of the Dashboard. I need to go inside to reach my SIM card for Webasto TC3 unit.

Unfortunately, the new model W246 doesn't match the W245 for the removal of the left hand cover into the dashboard.
