How to update COMAND SatNav?

I'm really struggling to find reliable info.

I think there are two versions - Audio 20 and COMAND ...? Well even the PDF manual on the memory card in the car doesn't seem to be for the version I have. So you can understand my confusion.

So - how do I update it, add speed cameras, POI's etc...?
