As you can see in the pic below, my hubcaps are a little worse for wear:

Does anyone know where I can get replacements from? - I have tried google but can't seem to find this style.

I love the style of these, and would love to find a set of alloys in this style - did they ever do them?

Thanks!

I do like the AMG style ones too, but I'd feel like a fraud if I shoved them on this car!

Ebay proved fruitless, looks like a breakers may be my only shot, but getting some in good condition might be tough...

Are they not still available from the stealers ?

I havent tried there yet - however its an old design which I *think* is not continued. I think I'll try them before I look elsewhere as I'd prefer new ones. It's just a shame that the first owner was a cheap skate when they ordered it and never got alloys ;)

These wheel trims do come up regularly on eBay. You just have to wait until some appear. They fetch surprisingly high prices so there is obviously some strong demand. There are several on eBay at the moment. Try this eBay search:

MERCEDES WHEEL TRIMS ON EBAY

Last time I was in GSF car parts, some of these wheel trims were on display. Sorry, I cannot remember which branch.
But here is their web site:

Thanks for the links :) God knows how I managed to miss those on ebay!

Don't worry about that! Many AMG badges, wheels, accessories are not on AMG cars, but the style works. What about alloys anyway? I had a C180 and really wanted the Sport alloys, but never did round to getting them. They still look smart now.

I'll eventually get alloys, but theres some bodywork to take care of first. (The previous owner drove it past a gate and the passanger arches were "touched up" with way to much paint and need redoing, as does the wing mirror! - honestly, its like it was dipped in paint and it all ran afterwards)

It's easily done. You and I call them "hub caps". On eBay they are "wheel trims".

Try searching for a carpet set. Are they carpets or "car mats"?

;)

I do want to upgrade it to appear like a facelift model, and those grills are nice :) I am slowly getting a long list of potential things to do - just gotta save now!

Wise man,, the car looks so nice anyway, it will keep, and so many things come up on Ebay,, and if one is too dear,, there will be another one along later
