I keep losing my contacts every time i switch engine off

Hi there, could anyone help, when i go to my telephone Contacts For the first time when I switch the engine on in the call dialled and call incoming all the names have disappeared only the numbers. I have to go to hide my contacts, and take it then take it to bring the names back. for the first time when I switch the engine on in the call dialled and call incoming all the names have disappeared only the numbers. Try unpairing your phone completely, removing all contacts prior and then repair your device.
