Ok this is the deal. My car battery got disconnected so i reconnected it. When i turned on my car the ACR/BAS light turned on and the center part says acr.skid row or something like that. WHen i put it in drive and push gas it doesnt even move ... omg so i had to just park my car in some random neighborhood. Please does anyone know how to solve this problem i could use the help asap... my car still sits there right now. :confused:

Tow truck springs to mind. Either that or a centrino laptop and let's hope you are near a wireless node.

Long shot, but try turning the steering lock to lock a couple of times, I think this is some sort of reset.

my mechanic told me that too lock to lock but what does that mean? just steer it left to right and right to left?

It means turn the steering wheel fully to the left until it stops then to the right again until it stops hitting the lock on both sides.:D

even so - it should still drive in limp home mode...

does the transmission not engage - can you feel any sort of power?

what about using the 1,2,3 set of gears?

does reverse have any effect?

sure the parking brake isn't on? ;) LOL

A theoretical £10 please on it being your MAS. Let us know how you go.

why would the MAS cause this????? :confused:

MAS = Mass air Sensor?

sure - running probs, ut theres no mention of this, just lack of movement..

yea i tried all the gears it and push the pedal all the way down it doesnt even respond to it... i have to bring it in at a MB shop and run a diagnostic on it... i hate this limp mode its soo frustrating! :(
