As the kids are hogging the PC more and more, I've treated myself to a new toy. I wanted a small laptop to connect wirelessly to our broadband internet. Most small Windows laptops are a bit expensive, but the 12in Apple iBook has just been reduced to £699 and it is already wireless enabled. All I needed in addition was a wireless router for £60.
Works a treat and no apparent slowdown in internet speed when both iBook and PC are using the net.
The iBook is great, well put together and very classy. Mac OS X is not that different from Windows and the iBook comes loaded with some decent software. Best of all, it matches my iPod!![Big Grin :D :D](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png)
