Can someone put me out my misery and tell me what car this is please?

Seen in Luxemburg last week.

I know what I think it is but cannot "prove it".

I believe there's much of an old BMW M5 underneath that shell, including the 400 bhp 5l V8. as it probably weighs naff all, it'll be somewhat rapid.

In case they're asking, I like it. I can pick out scads of derivatives (Cobra fender arches, Jaguar grille, something about the BMW Isetta [o wait, that's the back end], a bit of OSCA, and scads of MGA from the side...), but it's still delightful to see another purposeful-looking car I'll never get to own. Like the Stratos wasn't enough of that.
But I still love Morgan most of all.
