Unfortunately, your support case from exactly one year ago (22.04.2021) has not been processed until today. After a more detailed look into what happened, it looks like a technical error caused this rather heavy delay.
Such cases are going to be forwarded automatically to our management. The good part is that since you had made your complaint online, we can also see that a purchased item was defective, but you were unable to return or exchange it.
Our management has decided to compensate you accordingly. On top of that and because the processing time took so long to resolve, the compensation is obviously quite high.
