inlet manifold

Does anybody have or know where I can obtain a swirl flap carrier from a c220 cdi 2002. it fits inside the plastic inlet manifold. I have tried everywhere and cant put my car back together without one.
I have tried to attach a picture.

I've got my Merc parts delivered to Ireland from Prestige All Parts. They always seem to have the parts I can't source in Ireland.

Thanks kceire, I've tried them and they didn't have any. I've tried most breakers now but I've found a few more in the classified ads on this forum so I'll have another go tomorrow.
