Hi, guy's.

For email, I use Yahoo!

At the moment, I have a text based email signature in our company colours.

The signature looks acceptable, but I'd really like to be able to insert our logo (simple, text based with no images) and I'm hoping that this may be achievable without too much fuss.

I have copies of the logo that I created using Corel Draw.

All help much appreciated.

Thank you.

Paul.

You use Yahoo for corporate email? :dk:

Might I suggest you tackle that first before looking at your signature?

I run the whole ship using MS Office (have done for the last 10, years) but could never quite get the hang of Outlook.

What would you suggest Spike?

I would add a note of caution that too much stuff like that (attached files/images etc) can make it easier for some email filters to treat your emails as spam.

Our work system deletes all attached images as not suitable so then I am left wondering if the deleted image was worth seeing or was it just a spacer etc etc.

I have my email set on plain text only anyway so jazzed up html emails just look worse...
