How do I get an .mov file onto my IPOD Touch?

I just cannot seem to find the no doubt simple (or indeed the very difficult) way to to this without shelling out on some peice of convertor software.

Its gotta be easy???

I took me an hour to set the 'odding ntlworld email up (its POP not IMAP) which nobody/ google seemed to know but I was running out of patience so assistance greatfully receieved

Its free, quick, unlimited, easy to use and importantly - works!

Simple way is to upgrade the QT to QT Pro which let's you convert to iTunes easily as it has the settings ready. Just select Save as and select iPod Touch.

I've used both "Prism Video Converter" and "Format Factory" quite happily, both free AFAIK.
