Hi GS, you would be a handy man to have about, that GTG was a sort of a dummy run to test the market but unfortunately the response was poor, probably due to a low number of members this side of the water.

Monaghan seems a reasonable venue. Is it possible to make a list of all Irish members in order to pm them? We should all try and make 2007 the year of the 1st Ireland meet.

Yes i second that, was in the Four Seasons Fri and Sat night just passed and it is a fine place to meet quite a large car park etc etc.

A GTG is self-generating, someone can suggest a meeting but its up to the individual as to whether the take part. As far as I can see the only way to make a list of potential supporters is to invite them to be included on a list so as to measure the demand for a GTG.

l5foye's idea above of making a list of all Ireland users is a good start I think, 2007 was not the year for a first Irish meet! Roll on the next attempt in 2008! If no-one has a problem with making a list like this I've started putting up the names of those who replied to this thread since it started saying at one time or another they'd be interested in a meet.

hello yet another irish man from cork. i have a problem with my 01 c220 maybe you could help me or let me know where i could get some answers as i am new to this. my c220 is drawing air and the intercooler and all air pipes are fine also its exhausting a lot of black smoke when i put the boot down. any ideas??
