Is my C Class W203 Merc normal ?

My W203 Tiptronic gear changes when in auto are not very smooth , its like a flat spot when changing yet MB say its normal . In fact if I had a fish bowl on my lap id get soaked with every change! Is this normal ?

No , i can't feel my gearbox change gear let alone hear it.

Yeah, gotta watch for those leaky bowels.
