When my original screen got broken in 2017, I asked Autoglass to fit an OEM replacement (has to be agreed by the insurer) and it too has the Carl Benz signature on it.

By default, they would have fitted a ‘pattern’ after market screen and that would not have the signature.

It doesn't always guarantee that it will have it even when you get a screen from MB either unfortunately
