It works fine apart from on drive the satellite thinks im 400 yds down road ( this is using 2002 disc)

More of a problem is it doesnt switch off with ignition anymore!!

Is this normal??

Also it doesnt light up when car lights are on?

Do I just need it STAR calibrated???

You have two problems;

1). The unit isnt calibrated. Press NAVI -> Settings -> Location follow the instructions. then do the Calibration to inpu your wheel size.

2). Your loom adapter/wiring isnt connected properly. It sounds like the C2 plug isnt connected up properly. The speed signal comes over the Canbus as does the instruction to turn off with the ignition.

Get these two fixed and it will work fine.
