I think the the roadworks , the avarge speed sign warning and the extra camera On the bridge would be a clue not to exceed the speed limit .

Also, Mr Freeman can forget getting any of my business, no matter what the circumstances: "If the police or the Highways Agency are going to start using these cameras to measure speed during normal road conditions it's grossly unfair." But if someone with inside knowledge on any aspect of speed cameras is happy to share what they know I will gladly listen.
