Latest interior mods

Well here's a picture of my SL before i started modifying:

As you can see the interior was getting a bit tired so i decided to spruce things up:

And i decided to get the panoramic roof colour co-ordinated ( was originally beige colour inside). The interior handles have been ordered from Germany so another 2 weeks for delivery.

Well all thats left to do is my back seats in 2 tone leather. So all in all i have changed the leather interior, new wood steering, new wood leather gear stick from a 2004 SL500 with keyless go, new gearshift chrome surround and a new panoramic roof (thanks to nickg)

So what do you reckon??

The interior looks great, really fresh. The panoramic roof makes such a difference almost like having two different cars. Open top in the summer and comfy coupe in the winter!!!

Are you going to fit a real Keyless Go solution or do you just enjoy impressing your friends with synchronised button + key action ?

Was the roof hard ?

The keyless go gearstick isn't linked up to anything, just got it cheap off ebay!
The seats have been retrimmed in original merc quality leather. Its the original galaxy blue colour with orion gey light inserts.

Steering wheel came from Mercedes Performance. Had some credit with them so thought i'll treat myself!

Looks fantastic! The colour contrast works really well. (ooh, came aver a bit Lawrence Lewellen Bowen there didn't I? )

Just been nosying at the car in the gallery. Those rims are gorgeous!! Are they Carlsson or OZ or something, or AMG?

They are Carlsson 3 piece split rims. I wanted to make sure i had some rims to set my SL apart from the rest
