Hi everyone. First of all i want to excuse myself for any grammar mistskes that i do. I am not a native english speaker so mistakes may occur. For an year now i am driving a w208 320 clk avantgarde as a weekend/ long trip car and i am thinking to upgrade to an amg. My clk has around 76k and other than oil and filters and brakes all around did not need anything. How different is the amg other than the engine is there any difference on the running gear? Brakes are bigger? Different suspension?

I had a 55 AMG Cabrio in 2005 that was about 12 months and 7000miles old at the time.
Seem to remember that it was great fun, pulled like a train but the suspension was a bit harsh. The fuel consumption was Ok - 27 mpg on a run but generally about 22 mpg.
I paid about £50K for it and sold it a year later for £43k!!!
My E500 is like the softer grown up version of it.
