London ULEZ on a W209.

Hi everyone, I am considering replacing my rusty W208 230K with a W209 220 CDI. I am looking at two similar cars, one registered in 2006, and the other in 2007. The first is not ULEZ compliant, but the second one is. Identical engines. Why would this be?
Anything else I should look out for on these cars?

Are you sure? I’ve never heard of any 2007 diesel being ULEZ compliant.

That is one helluva worn out seat for 126k miles.

It’ll be an error on the TFL system. That’s definitely not Euro 6.

It will be Euro4, mine used to meet the LEZ requirements but obviously not ULEZ

It is unique. No other CDI is compliant.

I’ve seen this a few times for some older diesels.

I know someone else with a 220 CDI CLK that also shows the same.
