Looking for an SLS

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and looking to get an SLS.
I've narrowed it down to grey with non-red leather.

If anyone is interested in parting company with theirs I would love to hear from you!

Good luck with the search - I recently found it very difficult to buy an SLS.

You'll probably find, as I did, that a number of cars being advertised don't exist so, if you're after a coupe theres probably less than 10 real cars to choose from.

Good ones (i.e. reasonable miles and a decent, not basic spec) sell very quickly so when you find one you want, don't hang around....I lost out on two by faffing about trying to negotiate the price down!

A class was just something to put, thought about putting fiat 127 as well!

I typed mercedes SLS in eBay cars the other day and there was about 4 or 5 for sale. Very few and far between, I've only ever seen 2 on the road and they were in London. Incredible cars.

Just keep searching ebay, autotrader and pistonheads. Sooner or later one will come up. I'd be happy with any of them!

I'm aiming for a C63 next year, more to choose from than the SLS! (Also I can't afford an SLS) haha!

My best advice is to stay in touch with dealerships with an AMG sales department – SLS owners tend to remain in contact with them.

They will know if someone is close to selling or looking to trade into a new GT or GT-S etc…

I drove one around the Las Vegas Speedway , awesome car.

It was nearly as awesome as my daughters Scuderia , doesn't compare to her Clio though.

Bought mine a couple of months ago. Think I got in at the right time, prices seem to be hardening or even going up. Had a choice of 2 cars, silver with red and 5k miles or silver with black and 2.5k miles. Chose the latter and love it. Be patient the right car will come along.

Ive been told my the girlfriend to buy one with red interior so ideal spec would be:

Iridium Silver or (?) Grey
Designo Red leather
10 Spoke alloys (like the F1 Pace Car)
Carbon bits
Not fussed at all about carbon brakes
