Lost Alarm Key (Mercedes-Benz C180 Elegance W202)

Car: Mercedes-Benz C180 Elegance W202 1998 R reg

I have lost the tiny red electronic key that came with the flip out key fob
It is used to turn off the alarm, by inserting it into a tiny rectangle key slot inside the glove compartment.

What is this key called?
How can i get an other one?
AND is it possible to turn off the alarm without one?
