I'm used to slow. I drive a Rover 2000 auto. I would like something a lot quicker, but at my age insuring something quick is nigh on impossible. Otherwise I'd have a V8.

That will be so slow as to be bordering on dangerous. Pulling out at junctions would be interesting ....

Yes, I use the A140 a lot, but I'm using the Rover quite a bit at the moment, but in order to make any sort of progress, my MPG is high teens at best, I've seen as low as 14mpg on one journey when I was in a bit of a rush.
