Im sure they will eventually and gradually move onto the rest of the motoring public around and in london. This is currently looking good for him as he is making an effort to reduce emissions and make london a better place, helping him secure somemore time as mayor if he can please enough people. Im sure sooner or later their attention will be on all motorists rather than just the large lorries etc etc.
