The engine was removed from a 1996/05 C280 and was used in a w201 project of mine. The car was scrapped earlier this year and the engine has never had a chance to be fitted into a new donor unfortunately. Now I have to move out occurred my rented property and the engine must go also.
This 2.8 m104 was a very strong and reliable lump. It had a load of work carried out initially on my first receipt. New headgasket kit was fitted along with spark plugs front cover (goal) post seal and it was part of a loved project that had oil changes and attention.
I'm hoping to shift this asap so anybody interested can they please get in touch for any more info, pictures etc.
I am more than happy to negotiate and offers at the £200 figure would be gratefully accepted.
