Well our m350 diesel has a failing gearbox, so I'm looking at either £3600 plus vat or swapping in a used unit. I'm told that used units have to be coded to the vehicle. Could folk confirm this and if a gearbox swap is a possibility could anyone recommend a good supplier of used units?
