Mandrus wheels

What tyres would you recommend so the rims don't stick out beyond the tyre, but still will fit comfortably in the arches?

Also, do the standard MB centres fit ok?

I'm leaning very much towards these, in 18".... :)

I have Falken 452 on mine and they fit well.

Just looking at the big photo of yours, I don't think I want to go as low profile as that!!! My wheel edges would be wrecked in no time! Makes me wonder whether to go with 17" with 245/45, same as my Saab...

Thanks nick mercedes :thumb: I like that picture of blacksc55 w210 looks a nice straight clean car and those wheels suit the car very well . I might get some of them if i cant find some nice 19 inch amg wheels :D

They look great on your car, but I was really after the silver ones for my S211. Out of interest, why are you changing them?

Thanks, i came accross another set of wheels that i really wanted and suite the look i am after. The black and chrome lip really looks good though and i have had lots of positive comments about them. They also fit mercedes badges which is a bonus. :)

Any idea why the ride height is so high on your C43?

The Mandrus rims are made specifically for Mercedes fitment.
Below are staggered 18" Millenium's om my wife's 1999 C43.
Ride comfort depends mostly on your choice of tires.
I use Falken FK-452's which are extremely comfortable with no road noise.

Olly,
Your 210 doesn't look too high at the back in the large picture, wheels sit nicely in the arches from what i can see.

But amen to that C43!
