Wife had a problem with her Renault Megane last week. Its a repeat of a problem we had 5000 miles ago in that 2 of the coils failed(they told me they replaced them all when it last went wrong but they only did 2 so the other 2 failed last week) Anyway, They called me and said the Spark plugs needed changing...I said 'I've only just had it serviced by you so they should be ok... They said, oh sorry sir but the plugs aren't changed at the service!!! I just paid £250 to have a 1.6 renault serviced and they didn't even change the plugs!!!! (Although that did include a new set of wipers and air con filter!! what a bargain eh!!!

When the aircon condenser was replaced on my car in summer there was a renault espace there for the same job. It was £150-200 more to fix the espace! The engineer simply shook his head and said "French cars".
