There may be some Vinyl stickers coming up with a MB Club UK logo, A logo has not yet been designed... (anyone want to help?)

Maybee a small discrete sticker for the rear window, maybee a tax disc holder, keyring? dunno anyone have any ideas?

What a great idea K, what is the primary objective, to promote and advertise the site or more of a members souvenir?

I personally do not like stickers in windows, wouldn't mind one on the number plate though. As a company we find keyrings, mugs and pens go down well with customers.

I think a classy metal key tag would be good. <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

why not use :
logo.gif

only change the mbclub to www.mbclub.co.uk <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banana.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':bannana:'> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banana.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':bannana:'>

I like Fuzzer's idea, but agree with Jimmy re stickers, could we get the MBCLUB &nbsp;banner made into a keyring?? <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banana.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':bannana:'> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banana.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':bannana:'>

I also concur - no stickers please.

Keyring - maybe but its gonna have to be a real beaut, in which case I wouldnt mind paying proper money for it.

I recon the best thing is the number plate idea. We can get'em cheap, they will look good and they will get most exposure.

This is just a thought at the moment,

I am looking at getting the kit at work to make number plates. How about having number plates made with the MB star on the left like the euro plates and www.mbclub.co.uk along the bottom where the garage name usually goes?

I am not sure what the costs would be or if we will ever get around to doing it at work, we could always get together and do a group purchase if enough people were willing.

Can that picture ive suggested below not be used as a watermark come background type thing behind the letters? <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/slayer.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

I don't think you can do that legally.

A girl at work had some number plates made for her dad with the Audi logo in the background, the people who made them said they should only be used for off road or track days.

Personally I don't like anything restricting my view, so I'm not a fan of stickers. This reminds me of when I first got my car and it was a rolling advertisment for the garage that I bought the car from. The very _first_ thing I did to the car within minutes of ownership was to remove the huge rear window sticker proclaiming the garage's address and phone number. A week or so later I replaced the tax disc holder (again with massive ad) for a plain black type. Finally just before the April GTG in the Cotswolds, I replaced the number-plates that had the final ads that were about as subtle as a brick in the chops.

So I voted no &nbsp;<img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> However having said that, I'd certainly go for a key-chain or similar product &nbsp;<img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banana.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':bannana:'> &nbsp;

Keyrings -

I'm not saying these are ideal, just posting so we can see what might be available, and at what prices.

Check it out - what do you think?

I would have thought that any club merchandise would best be something, that all be it discrete, would identify members to one another from the exterior of the car.

A key ring has about as much chance of this as MBClub.co.uk underpants.

I vote for a small logo/emblem type sticker. It should be stylish and small.

Complaints of advertising, blocked vision, ugliness or illeagality are not an issue.

Has to be the cheapest and most likely option.

i vote for underpants ..... &nbsp;<img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banana.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':bannana:'> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banana.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':bannana:'>

Im not too hot on a keyring , i got a really groovy AMG keyring and i hate having too many keyrings.

Why not get somthing that sticks to the front of the interior mirror??? Its out of view , but make it somthing classy , like a naked chick or somthing .... <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/slayer.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/slayer.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

I know it's not the point, but I'd love to get this on a T shirt

It always makes me chuckle.

Cheers Dave.

How about a grille badge? Something discrete like the ///AMG grille mounted badge.

Or the underpants mounted on the passenger head-rest <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

Mugs, no not us but what about the header logo on a mug , or maybe a tax disc holder that has the bage above it.

My wife says that if we have nylon underpants it might put some sparks back into our bedroom at night time, <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> .
I'm sure there's a dig in there somewhere <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/dontgetit.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':dontgetit:'> .

Any news on the MBClub underpants? <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banana.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':bannana:'>

May be if we have a large rear window sticker, Dave will give us a little wave and a smile when we hurtle past him on the M20 <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>  <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> .
