I have imported contacts from my iPhone via Bluetooth into Audio 20 and they all appear correctly.
I cannot however find the 'MB Contact' (Mercedes-Benz Customer Care), which the manual says will always be at the top: 'You can store phone numbers in the Audio 20 phone book. In addition, Mercedes-Benz Contact is listed as the first entry. This allows you to place a call to the Mercedes-Benz Service hotline'.
I have searched for it but it's not there.
