The SL i am thinking is older than 1993 and the one that is in 1993 does not look like this at all (sorry not too sure about the numbers W XXX ) . it is a SEC yeap but i doubt is 1993

If I recall correctly, some years ago I picked up on a thread on a MB US forum site about a guy customising a SEC in Romania....he did all of the bodywork himself and I suspect that this is the one, which means that its unlikely to be a Koenig. Not sure what engine was eventually put in.
