Has anyone any ideas as to how to sort out this problem?
Until very recently I have been connecting an iPhone 5 with an official Apple Lightening to 30pin adaptor to the media interface/iPod cable on my 2011/2012 W204. The iPhone5 works well over Bluetooth as a telephone and the cable keeps the phone charged. I use Spotify on the iPhone and connect using BT Audio to the Comand Online. All this has worked brilliantly.
(Unfortunately!) I loaded some MP3 files through iTunes onto the iPhone. Now whenever I connect the iPhone it starts to play the MP3 files. Whenever I try to select BT Audio from the Comand menu it only connects for a second or two and then disconnects. If I physically unplug the iPhone, I can play the Spotify tracks.
Any ideas how I can prevent the media interface starting?
Sorry if all this is not clear but as you can see I do not really understand what is going on! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
