With this deal and the one that I got on Autoglym last week, there is no excuse for my car to be as dirty as it is.

Cheers for that Tan, I also bought the autoglym deal and now this one....neither of which I needed but couldn't resist!

Even I will say £23.99 is a ridiculously good price for that! Great deal:)

Could any kind soul give a clue to a recently-returned-to-the-MBZ-fold old newbie of this discount club code of which they speak?

Don't think it can be PM'd as I am short in the posting department!

Hi the code you require is mbclub25.

Just ordered mine with the discount. Really good price.

Looking online most places sell the kit for around £25 so with the club discount it is a good deal. However, I'm not sure how realistic the original £39 price was.

Just ordered mine, good price especially with the club discount..... Thanks for the heads up!!!!!!

Are there decent guides anywhere as to how to best improve / clean the car using the types of products in the kit?

It may be self-explanatory, but if there are best practices, I'd like to follow these (2 bucket method etc).

I'm thinking about getting some detailing and colour restoration done professionally but if I can make a reasonable attempt myself without doing any harm, I'd like to try.

How do you best use the clay bar for example?

Thanks

I've just ordered some too, does it come with instructions?? ;)
Yes it does ... Opened and used mine today as I had a day off , just the wash , paint prep and carnauba wax , easy as peas ..
Only iPhone pic and on a white car but looks ok to me..

With this particular kit and no other products, rinse the car off with a jet washer. Use the shampoo using 2bm. Clay the car using the clay bar and quick detailer as lubricant. Re wash, dry with a drying towel polish with the applicator and buff off with the microfibre. It looks like some type of liquid wax so apply with the applicator to the entire car, leave to cure for 15 mins, buff off & then run over the car with the quick detailer & clean microfibre to remove any bits of liquid wax that wasn't removed during the wax removal stage. (Final inspection wipe down etc) then you should be good to go.

But these are instructions if you are using nothing but this kit and is not the way I would do it the right way :)

Cheers Mike

Thanks, how would this differ from your way? Different / more stages? Different / more products?
