merc specialists northampton area

Don't know, you'd have to ring him but I would guess not, his expertise is in old models. Parkham do though.

think parkham look as though they are winning my choice, ill ring em tomorrow thanks :thumb:

I take it you haven't actually visited the premises.......:D

No but he sorted out some issues with a CL600 once that many others couldnt... im pretty sure he must have had a star as the job would have been difficult without.

Also a customer I had in recently swears by them for servicing..

Visited H A LOCK in northamptonshire today and yes they do have a star machine because they hooked my car up to it today and cleared all my old codes off . Seemed very helpful and really know their stuff :thumb: and i am going to take my car back there next week .

jaymanek you would love H A locks yard, has lots of old skool mercs some rotting some waiting to be done up i dont know ,but i thought it was cool anyway .

Somebody else worth mention in Northamptonshire ?

anybody used AUTOBAHN in northampton ? They say they are bmw and mercedes specialists.

I got sent to them when I first bought my 350SL (2 years ago - may have got better since ?) to do some purchase warranty work - sadly not a good experience.

P. Hodge (01604 588911; NN5 5JF) is recommended in the MB Club Good Garage Guide (recommendations by members, not the club itself).

I use PJ Hodge and have been very happy indeed with them - would recommend.

Paul is now based at Phoenix Class taxis at 13 Rothersthorpe Ave, Northampton.
There is also Peter Hodge & Sons in St James Mill Rd - 01604 588911

Actually yes I had heard this.
I always liked Paul when he was at parkham. His knowledge seemed to know no limit and he always answered everything I threw at him with ease. (Think he enjoyed the challenge of answering customer questions.)
A proper MB enthusiast.

Spot on. Have used Paul for the last 10 years.

Paul is using the workshop at Phoenix Class and looks after their fleet of cars. I normally take my car in on a Saturday.
