Is it worth this money? One of my friends is interested in it... but I think it's too much money... he says it's a "classic"

If its in good condition, ie limited rust, then £1950 is pretty cheap for a W123 300D with that mileage and it would make more if it was sold in Germany or another left hand drive country....assuming you can live with the retro 70's brown paint scheme!

not a lot about 123's then

seriously, these will fetch good money if in good nick. it would need to be in very good condition body-wise to fetch the asking price though. i quite like the period colour scheme - all adds to the appeal of these for me....
