I bought this Mercedes last January for £3000 as a 2nd car that I didn't really need but it's already cost me £10k In buying and insuring it and repairs and it's been parked up broken more than used in that time.

Since February I've been trying to get the car back on the road, it failed MOT on injector seals leaking and the nightmare began .
Firstly

The injector leak off pipe snapped when pulling it off injectors .
2 injectors had to be replaced, the nozzle snapped on them where the leak off pipe goes onto .
Next 2 bolts snapped when tightening them down ( faulty torque wrench)
Mechanic friend attempt at drilling them out failed so had car recovered to garage to sort out 2 snapped bolts )
Garage couldn't get car to start after replacing snapped bolts , said compression seemed low then said it seemed no fuel pressure.

Recovery guy took car from them without my permission and dropped it at my house before the garage could finish diagnosing it .

I took injectors out and paid to have a fuel specialist test them and he's just told me 5 of the 6 are faulty, some electronically.

That's where I'm at now and I'm at my wits end,, this has been ongoing for 4 or 5 months meanwhile on still insuring and taxing the car which is also a waste of money.

How can 5 of the injectors be faulty when at least 4 of them worked perfectly fine when the car was running. I replaced 2 injectors when the original 2snapped so was half expecting them to be faulty but how can the originals be faulty also when they were fine on the car ??

I don't want to spend several hundred more on injectors only for the car still not to start .
