Mercedes shocking interiors

I have a W124 which is midnight blue on the outside and dark blue interior, i like it as its very blue and my favourite colour. Does that make me blind?

Comment made in jest. My bro's blue TE and blue interior actually wasn't that bad, but the model I posted looked (to ME) blimmin' awful.

My first W211 was tealite blue, and had the exact same interior. It was like driving a smurf.

Was written off within a few months. But yes, the interior is very distracting and not at all pleasing on the eye.

Was it written off because you were distracted? ;)

My E-Class Avantgarde Estate is in Teallite Blue with Pacific Blue leather interior. It is indeed very blue, but everyone I know who's seen it has said they like the colour (without being asked about it). I've quickly got used to it and I think the interior colour suits the dark maple Avantgarde trim. :)

Oops - I have just bought this 1994 Merc E220 Coupe with a blue interior.

... and its white too. I think the E class W124 always looked best in white and it suits the coupe even more. :o

The colour of the interior isn't that important to me either. I am much more concerned about rust and general condition. ;)

That looks OK, much better than Blue leather which will look very dated.
