My ML broke, I had exhaust gases coming out of the injectors (number 4 +5). so I called very nice Mr AA. (Himself a MB man!!) and short version is a trip around the corner MB-Nottingham Independent Mercedes Benz.
Three days later.... I had two new rear springs plus rear strut top mounts, one new injector, one cleaned up injector, new poly V belt, new injector spill pipe, air filter box mountings replaced and a couples bulbs and change out of £1500!!
The rear springs cot £170+vat a pair, from MB they would of cost £900!!
It's a 10 year old car so these parts will need replacing at some point... But I am not using genuine MB parts unless the cost is near to alternative sources.
but i will be using MB Nottingham for a service/MOT next year.
