ML Front Bumper

hi all i need to adjust the ML front bumper, seems to have dropped about .5 of an inch where it meets the wing, nudged a bit while parking

having had a look it looks like it's a wheel off job together with the plastic liner in the wheel arch

anybody got any tips or perhaps instructions?
