Can anyone help me? I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2003 2.7 CRD the same engine as the ML270. While tightening the camshaft bearings up after some other work one of the shell half bearings snapped (can see a flaw). Unfortunately I cant buy just one shell but have to buy the lot at £500+. Is there anyone out there that has a bearing shell they can sell me from a broken engine etc. I am finding it a big problem to locate one. I understand the engine is also used on the 2.7 Sprinter and some Mercedes cars. Thanks.
