ML270CDI Gearbox service

My ML has done near 60K.

Does anyone know when does it need servicing.

If it does, what sort things need doing ie filter oil.

Your advise will be appreciated.

I recently enquired at two dealerships and they said 37,500 miles. Previously I was led to believe 60,000 miles, and before that - sealed for life!!

I reckon about 60,000 is about right.
