model codenames

Trying to do a search, but no luck!

I am a bit lost when some members just uses codenames in their posts, so I have pretty much no idea what car they were talking about??

May I ask is current C class model W204?

Current latest E class W212? Is estate refer to as S212?

Better still, is there a chart where I could see all codenames for all models?

Any help would be much appreciated!
